As part of an alliance, you'll complete dance quests and win dance-offs to develop Choreopowers and to unlock new dance battlegrounds to explore. Your progress toward activation will be tracked on the super-secret Quest Board.

Your first mission is to complete Dance Quest #1: Disguise Yourself. New dance quests and dance-off battlegrounds will be revealed every few weeks throughout 2009. But you don't have to complete every quest or battle in every dance-off. Just pick your favorites, and dance at your own pace -- whatever gets you closer to the secret.

And remember: You can start your dance-off adventure any time. The quests never expire, so you can't fall behind in TSDO. Dance at your own pace! If you miss one dance-off, there's always another one coming...

About the adventure

Top Secret Dance Off is an adventure you can undertake anywhere in the world. No dance skills or talent is required. In fact, you may find yourself rewarded more for awkward dancing than for a virtuoso performance. Activating the dance secret isn't about being a good dancer. It's about being a clever dancer, a brave dancer, and occasionally a stealthy dancer.

You will need 1) music and 2) a way to capture digital video in order to participate in everything. Some quests will work better with Mp3 players, but they're not strictly necessary. If you don't like the music you have, use our common soundtrack found in the left sidebar of this page. And if you are missing video gear, you can join us as a super-secret or shadow member.

Adventures will involve undertaking a variety of challenging, top secret dance missions on video, sometimes in the privacy of your home, and sometimes in the most unlikely environments. You may play alone, or with up to four friends. Mask-wearing or other disguises is required.
